Mango Protein Pudding

One of my favorite summer fruits is definitely mango. When you find one with the perfect
ripeness it is like a dessert on its own. But how can you make it even better? By adding some
TRU protein into the mix. This is a perfect guilt free snack, that is fairly low in calories per serving
and has a great balance of protein to carbs. Naturally sweetened with ripe, delicious mango, no
added sugars. Top it with some coconut whipped topping, granola or some finely chopped fresh
mango. Or why not all of the above!?

Mango Protein Pudding

Recipe makes 4 servings
Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:
1.5 cups fresh Mango, peeled and sliced
2 scoops TRU Coconut Macaroon Protein
2 cups Almond Yogurt, unsweetened Vanilla*
2 tbsp Chia Seeds

_______________________________

1) Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until well combined. Make sure to
blend it long enough that the chia seeds are fully processed. Depending on the brand of your
yogurt, you might have to add a little bit of liquid but it should be a fairly thick cream and will
thicken more once stored in the fridge.

* You can use greek yogurt instead to make it lower in fat and higher in protein, but it will also
make it higher in carbs.
