Refund policy
Your satisfaction with our products is our #1 goal. We accept returns on items purchased directly from TRU's website within 30 days of receipt.

If you purchased ‘Redo’ at checkout with your original order, the cost of your return label will be covered;
If you did not, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to send back your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return.

*NOTE: There are no refunds or exchanges for digital products including training programs, memberships, and challenges. Digital product subscriptions/memberships can be canceled at any time to prevent future billing, but currently billed periods cannot be refunded.
