With the warmer temperature approaching, I always prefer to eat refreshing foods like salads, smoothies and cold cereal. Since I first tried the Blueberry Muffin Protein flavor, I am obsessed with it. It is one of my favorite proteins in oatmeal but it also intensifies the flavor of the fruit itself when used in combination, which is why I made this smoothie. It is full of healthy fats, on the lower side when it comes to carbs as I avoided the banana. Feel free to fill some of the plant milk into ice cube trays and freeze them if you want a more icy smoothie. You can also add ice cubes if you prefer.
