Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Recipe by Cornelia Sabrina,  @Cornelia_Sabrina on IG

Raw cookie dough is definitely something I grew up eating a lot and is still something I enjoy quite a bit. If you are anything like me then this super quick recipe will help you silence the sweet tooth in a way that does not sacrifice your hard work from the days prior. If you like the crunchy texture of cookie dough that usually comes from it's sugar content, feel free to some coconut sugar. If you use any other nut butter that is unsweetened I recommend to add additional sweetness, more maple syrup or some stevia, to it. This dough recipe vegan friendly and can either be enjoyed rolled into cookie dough balls or eaten with a spoon. I hope you enjoy it!
