Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl

Recipe by Cornelia Sabrina,  @Cornelia_Sabrina on IG

It has been a while that I had a smoothie bowl for breakfast. I absolutely adore them. They taste
great, give a lot of energy and are super refreshing. Besides, definitely Instagram story worthy
with all the cute topping options. If you want a quick breakfast that looks super appetizing, is
filling and has great balanced macros, look no further. I definitely would love to see you all share
pictures of this on social media, make sure to tag TRU Supplements and me so we can reshare it!

Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl

Recipe makes 1 serving
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups Plant Milk, unsweetened (chilled)
(1 cup of ice cubes, optional)
1.5 scoops TRU Coconut Macaron Protein
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp TRU Nut Butter
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
_______________________________

1) Add all ingredients except for the frozen berries into a high speed blender and blend until
smooth.

2) Add frozen berries and optional ice cubes and blend until thick and smooth. *

3) Serve and top with your favorite things. I used plant yogurt, TRU Nut Butter, frozen berries
and homemade granola.

* The ice cubes are just there to make the smoothie thicker and more ice like. If you do not like
that icy texture you can add a frozen banana instead (be aware of the additional sugar/calories
you will be adding).
