How To Take Daily Action Toward Your Goals

Girls run the world, everyone knows that. We want to take a moment to acknowledge all of the women out there who are taking charge of their life by participating in a fitness journey. We are proud of you, we see you, and we honor you.

Taking action in your life is not only a form of self love, but it makes the world a brighter place for all of us. Here are some reminders of how to take action in your daily life toward becoming the most energized and balanced version of yourself.

1. Start From Within

When was the last time you checked in with yourself to ask if you are aligned in your life? What are some areas that could be more balanced and would bring you closer to alignment with your best self? We get so caught up on pleasing others sometimes that we forget to check in with ourselves. Make space for yourself today by checking in and seeing where you can improve.

2. Meditation

A simple 10 minutes of quiet time where you’re focused on your breath could be a game changer in bringing peace to your entire day. If you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, don’t forget to breathe!

3. Set goals

What goals did you set for the new year? Have you been holding yourself accountable to those goals? If you didn’t set any goals, that’s ok! Take some time to think about where you want to see yourself in the coming days and months. TRU Training is a great way to set a tangible goal and hold yourself accountable with a plan. We have a whole system in place that can help you stay on track to becoming your most optimized self.

4. Talk to friends and family

If you don’t regularly talk to a therapist or friend about your life, things can really pile up in the mind! It’s natural. As humans and as women, we are meant to live in tribes and communities. Talking about your thoughts and feelings really helps to put them into perspective. Sometimes all it takes is verbalizing your problems to realize that they’re not all that bad. Writing down your thoughts is also a great tool for releasing thoughts in a physical way, and could really help to organize the clutter of your mind.

5. Stay Hydrated

At times when the weight of the world comes down on our shoulders as women, it’s easy to turn to comfort foods or sugary drinks that will satisfy us. Sometimes all you need is water! It sounds simple, but hydrating your cells with high quality H20 could bring more clarity than an energy drink or comfort food would. TRU Hydrate also makes it easier to drink more water and helps replenish the electrolytes that we are often missing.

Hopefully these tools help to bring you a little clarity! If no one tells you today or this month, we appreciate you and all you do, queen!
