This chocolate protein powder tastes great and mixes smoothly. It’s not overly sweet, and it makes it easy to reach my daily protein goals. I would definitely recommend it and plan to purchase it again.

This is a quality plant based protein powder. It is versatile and no gritty taste. With or without adding fruit, it is delicious. Especially after an intense workout. I enjoy drinking it.
One of my favorite flavors! 😍 Pairs well with just water or add almond milk and add in some fruit or whatever your heart desires! A little bit on the thick side but it fills me up!
I normally get the vanilla protein but this time I tried Dulce de leche…… it was amazing! I also ordered the creatine which was great for my pre workout meal

And now they were not out of date, so yes, I still will be consuming them. But seriously, the brand the product not only taste delicious it actually works, but only when you’re consistent! I'm lactose-intolerant and I've been using this brand since forever ago (like 8 years now?). Tried all the flavors and coconut macaron is my favorite, not too sweet and easy to shake in cold water. When I don't take the supplement I feel depleted and unnourished. I love them!
There were black dots inside the protein and I reached out to confirm if the flavor was supposed to look like that as it resembles flour bugs. Did not get a response and do not feel comfortable using the protein.

Best protein powder ever. I love this flavor way more than I thought I would. Highly recommend it. I use it early morning after my fast as a breakfast substitute. But it’s also great mid-day as a treat or after a workout for recovery.

Cinnamon Bun protein was good but my two favorites are still the Banana Maple Muffin and Chocolate Chip Mint Cookie. I can’t believe they are discontinuing it! :weary: When I need something quick for breakfast or just need to fix that sweet tooth, that’s my go to!

I am in love with this protein powder!! Not to post too long of a story, but due to me finding out that I have GERD, which is a chore in itself, other brands were leaving me feeling stuffed, bloated and at times nauseous and I didn’t know why. I was very hesitant to even try TRU protein powder, but listening to Massy speak and read other reviews about their health issues and how it helped them I just decided to give it a try. Well let me tell you that I’m ALL IN!! I haven’t had any problems with any of the flavors I bought and they are sooo delicious :yum: I look forward to having them after my workouts. I always come back to this protein powder. One of the based plant based protein powders out there and the flavor choices are amazing! My favorite is the cinnamon bun.
The chai latte flavor protein I purchased was really delicious. I usually have it as a morning meal substitute if I am running late. I have it as a drink right after my workout. It has many wonderful ingredients and as a bonus it tastes amazing. I can not wait to use it for many other recipes. I may end up ordering the same flavor again.
I LOVE the taste! I don’t feel like I’m drinking a protein shake! It tastes like dessert! The only issue I had is my bag came broken. :/ the zip lock part was busted off one of the sides. (See photo) I had to go out and buy a clip so it doesn’t spill. But otherwise I love the product!
