For this decadent smoothie, we used TRU Banana Maple Muffin Protein to add 20 grams of plant-based protein to your smoothie and to swirl in that warm banana maple flavor. Adding a teaspoon of Maca powder is not only a great mood and libido booster, but it has a caramel taste which will elevate the taste of the smoothie. The cinnamon makes this recipe rich in antioxidants and helps to regulate blood sugar.
Ingredients
- ½ Frozen Banana
- 2 cups Unsweetened Oat Milk
- 1 scoop TRU Banana Maple Muffin Protein
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tbsp Organic Unsweetened Almond Butter
Directions
1. In a blender, combine frozen banana, milk, protein, cinnamon, maca and almond butter.
2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
