I used to love the old flavors, but I’ve gotten used to this one now. It gets the work done. I feel energized, but I never get jitters. I also used to suffer from spasms often related to hydration, but not anymore. I’ve recommended it to all my friends.
I was a big fan of the old BCAAs formula! I dont know what everyone else is talking about. Do these taste different Yes, but I still enjoyed the Passion Fruit, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Green Apple flavor. After a HIIT workout on a hot day, or even after a long day out in the sun (hike, farmers market, festival) I'm CRAVING my Green Apple Hydration Complete! I have it over ice and even put slices of green apple for fun.
The green apple now has an after taste. I have used this product in the past and it works as it had previously.
My family & I love this hydrate flavor. I’ve tried others but this seems to be our fav. Love that the flavor is not overpowering. It’s the perfect blend to add to our water to help us to consume more water during the day. Of course, love that it has all the electrolytes to help to keep us hydrated throughout the day! We love it so much I decided to get the subscription this way we won’t run out. This is a winner in my books🙌🏾🙌🏾
The ingredients are what we were looking for and very complete. Green apple is a little sweet so trying another flavor, but overall very good

I’ve really been enjoying Hydration Complete! The individual packets are super convenient and I definitely feel more hydrated throughout the day, especially on workout days and during the Texas heat. Highly recommend!
I was disappointed because I bought 2 big packages but the taste was so Bitter it was hard to drink, unless it was a bad batch. I tried emailing try supplement for support over a month ago but haven’t got a response.
I loved the individual packs of the hydration, however, I’m not a fan of the flavor I purchased. I will definitely try another flavor next time.
I love the passion fruit hydration because it tastes amazing and has great ingredients. It helps me feel energized, hydrated, and replenished everyday. Love it!

I'm saddened by the shift to a combined product of Hydrate & BCAA's. I wanted to love this product for the genius formulation combo; but I just can't get over the poor taste of it :( I could not finish the whole drink unfortunately. I tried several times as I would receive a sample of it in my other orders. PLEASE bring back the BCAA's on their own! I miss that product sooo much!
It tastes horrible
As a long time customer of the Tru BCAAs (and other products), I really wanted to like this "new" formula, but unfortunately I do not. The taste is terrible compared to the old BCAAs, the individual packets produce more waste, and there are a few less servings. Really disappointed, and hoping you bring back the old BCAA formula and flavor without the hydrate.
It is really nasty. I wish they left the old BCAAs alone. Now I have to get it from another company
Not a fan of the green apple taste at all! Couldn’t finish the first one so this is going to be a wasted bag unfortunately.
Definitely liked the BCAA when it was not mixed with hydrate. The BCAA guava flavor was way better than any of these. The little packages also feel gimmicky. Super disappointed, but I understand it's a business.
The combination of the hydrate and bcaa was not the best choice. To me the taste is awful! It’s so salty! Please go back to just BCAA and bring back the guava flavor!!
Bring back the old BCAA. This new formula is not good at all! I couldn’t do a workout without the old BCAA. Lived and bragged to everyone about it. This new formula is undrinkable. I couldn’t even finish my bottle. I unfortunately will now have to search for a new BCAA, or some old BCAA containers.
The product tastes different than the original product.
The taste is very different from the BCAA I would order previously. The taste went completely away from the tropical popsicle and more towards a chemical taste.
The taste is horrible. I have many products and love them. I was surprised of the bad taste. I didn't want to write a bad review but I have to be honest.. I want to try a different flavor but don't want to waste my money. Sorry for the bad review.

I like the pink guava flavor and not the individual packets. The flavor is so strong and when you add all the powder it makes the drink so think and hard to drink. I’ve tried less power which is a little better but the flavor is not my preference please bring back the pink guava in the container not the individual packets.

Try to it's word Always a fantastic experience using TRU products. I'm loving the new packaging as it makes it easy for travel and the flavor is bomb. Hydrate on a hot day or super heavy workout is very important and TRU never misses the mark. The website is also very easy to navigate and find what you need.
Can’t review I still haven’t received either of my products. It says it was delivered but never was. Money lost and I’m very disappointed. I reported to the company and USPS and still no luck.
Not happy Well the taste is hard for me to get pass, now i have the tropical popsicle flavor which was pretty tasty before! I would like to know what is the difference now you are renaming the product from the BC AA to the hydration complete. Sense they are individual packets.
A Great Product At first, I was taken back by the taste since I was so used to the former BCAA flavor. But after a few tries, it really grew on me! Now I absolutely love drinking the Tropical Popsicle Tru Hydration Complete during my workouts — it keeps me feeling refreshed and hydrated from start to finish. Honestly, I don’t leave home without it!
Please return to old formula the new formula has a salty taste that is not appetizing to me. . I have to mix it with the energy to make it palatable
Perfect workout addition Such a fan of this quality product! I was working out for 12 weeks consistently and the day I began to implement TRU Hydration Complete, I felt the difference immediately
I was very disappointed. :slightly_frowning: I was really hoping to love this, but not only did it taste like crushed up pills and make me nauseous, but the powder literally just sat on top of the water. It took A LOT of effort for it to blend well in the water.
I love shopping with TRU supplements for my wellness products. However, I wish BACC was available. The hydration complete is very bitter and leaves an after taste. Please bring back the original product.
Bring back the previous BCAA This formula is too salty. Please switch back to the previous BCAA's, it had a great taste, consistency and it worked. This TRU Hydration is not pleasurable to drink. I love Massy and the TRU Supplements but this is my honest review.
