I honestly dont know if i feel a difference or not using this product or not? I had great results with massys programs using this product. Not sure if i would have had the same without it? I would say definatly start with 1 pill daily and do not take it on an empty stomach. Advance to 2 pills after at least a week. May make you feel a little "wierd" sorry thata the only way i can explain it. Took a break recently as i saw someone say your not supposed to use longer than 2 or 3 months. Let my body rest and just restarted again yesterday.

I wouldn’t expect significant results
These are just okay. I’ve tried them a few times and think this will be my last time. I did them throughout some of the MA Challenges but don’t think they led to more of a change then what I see when I do the same diet and workouts without supplements. I bought a 3 month set and am trying it one more time. I tried the advanced method (4 a day) and was getting sick. Maybe I wasn’t eating enough calories to support it - though I was eating at least 2k calories a day. 2 a day sits better.
Either way, I know my body pretty well and I’m not convinced they increase or lead to better results than what I see just from following meal plans and workouts alone. My weight changes are equal and my toning is pretty similar as well. I say try them because maybe they work differently for your body but I won’t order them again.
