PB Hot Chocolate

Recipe by Cornelia Sabrina,  @Cornelia_Sabrina on IG

With winter fast approaching and the colder temperatures rolling in, I find myself craving hot drinks way more often. And what better way to fill the craving than with a nutritious protein packed hot chocolate? I wanted to make sure it is super thick and creamy, which is why I added the peanut butter. It is some of the healthiest fat you can consume and will give you the richness you would usually get from heavy whipping cream without sacrificing the healthy macros. Perfect for an afternoon snack! Enjoy!

Notes:

* If you prefer a sweeter hot chocolate, feel free to add some liquid vanilla stevia or honey. Keep in mind honey will alter the macros of the drink.

* You can use any unsweetened plant milk. Oat milk and cashew milk work really good as they naturally are thick and have a sweeter after taste.
