If you are a fan of Coconut like me I am sure you got your hands on the newly released products. The Coconut flavored nut butter as well as the protein powder combined with freshly toasted shredded coconut is what gives these cookies the delicious flavor. Base of all good cookies is a good amount of fat and what better way to achieve that than with nut butter. Perfect for the holiday baking season and when you crave something sweet but don't want to throw your healthy lifestyle aboard for it. Balance is key and this recipe proves that you can in fact enjoy life and still stay on track. Now, just don't eat them all at once!

  • These look delicious! Quick question, how long do you cook them for? it’s missing in the recipe.
