Apple Oats

Recipe by Cornelia Sabrina,  @Cornelia_Sabrina on IG

Fall and Winter always reminds me of roasted apples with cinnamon and since oatmeal is such a great breakfast full of fiber and healthy carbs, it made just sense to me to combine the two. Apple Oat Muffins will be your perfect on the go breakfast and a fantastic afternoon snack to your coffee and tea. The macros are on point to give you a good balance of carbs, protein with a little healthy fat from the almond butter. You will find yourself making these regularly. Now the only thing we need is the willpower to not eat them all at once. Happy Baking!
