Do I have to subscribe to earn points?
No. The program is built so subscribers and one-time buyers earn the same way — reordering on your own schedule counts exactly as much as being on auto-ship.
How do I move up a tier?
You don't apply for anything. Complete your 4th order and you're automatically Platinum. Complete your 10th and you're automatically Diamond. The tier and the bonus land the moment that order completes.
How much is a point worth?
500 points equals $1. That conversion rate is the same at every tier — what changes by tier is how many points you earn per dollar spent.
Is there a limit on how much I can redeem?
Yes — up to $50 off, or 25,000 points, per order. There's no minimum, so you can redeem a small balance too.
Do referrals and reviews earn at my tier's multiplier?
No. Those pay a flat point value no matter which tier you're in. Multipliers apply only to what you spend on orders.
Why aren't my referral points showing up right away?
Referral points go into pending status for 7 days after your friend's order qualifies. That window lets a refund or cancellation claw them back before they land for good in your account.
