I look and feel amazing. I have been using the protein, metabolism, and detox are my favorite. Recently, my husband tried my “Tru” protein and he’s now using these products as well. I'm still early in taking Tru Her Complete, so I can't honestly speak to noticeable results yet. What drew me in was the thought behind the formula and the combination of ingredients to support women's overall wellness. I'm trying to be more intentional about caring for myself and that approach really appealed to me. I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel over time, but I'd rather give an honest first impression than rush the process =)
So far, the products are good. However, the Her Complete this round has an unpleasant smell to it. My first order did not have this smell. I believe it might be the rice powder.

I have been taking HER for a few months now and i cannot believe that it has actually changed my life!

Needing a Little Internal Support
Hi . Thank you for suggesting this Her’ Women’s Health support supplement. It’s taking some time to get my body use to the capsule dose.. the suggestion was 3 capsules upon waking. I am 51 years old, and physically active and my attraction for using this Her’ was for hormonal balance, Stress support and skin health. The one thing I can say is I’ve had to uptake more water and it’s best to take with food if your stomach is sensitive.... I do prefer taking 1 cap 3x a day, than the recommended. I will wait until I’ve fully finished the 30 day 1 bottle supply before investing, to see if my body benefited from the ingredients. Thanks again, for the support!

Highly recommend for all women!
I am on my 3rd bottle of HER & I’ve noticed a huge change in my skin. A few other things I’ve been loving is my mood in the mornings after taking it. I have a stressful job and used to get irritated really quickly but while taking HER things seems not affect me as much. My cycles have been less heavy and painful. Also, I haven’t had a breakout in the last two months before starting like I normally would. This is all to say I love this product and would highly recommend!

Good but customer support not so good
HER Complete vitamins work really good. I’ve seen a difference in my skin since I’ve been taking them for over 60 days. Unfortunately, I am not taking them currently because I received my last shipment and the package was damaged and some of the pills had burst open. I was suppose to receive a replacement shipment but no correspondence has been given to me on that yet and it’s been over a week.

Honestly Idk how are they working or not. I tried to take 4 capsules in the beginning but it became too much. I take 2 daily and what I can say is I am sleeping better and falling to sleep faster. I do wish I could take the 4 but they are bigger than the other capsules I take so it a bit much. Hopefully it could get to where to capsules are enough or 4 smaller capsules.

I'm not a fan on taking pills but now that I'm 40 I feel my body needs vitamins. I don't feel much difference but then that might be a good thing as I don't feel aged. 4 pills is a lot for me to take so well see if it's worth the hype over regular vitamins like one-a-day.
