I have been using several TRU products since 2024. There are no side effects, and I’ve been able to see and feel a real difference. ENERGY definitely gives me the push I need to get through a workout after a long day at work. I love TRU!
I started my Tru Supplements program about a year ago. I Immediately started to feel a difference in my energy levels and overall training performance. You have a client for life!
They rebranded the Blue Raspberry and now they come in a bag. The bag doesn’t seal properly because of the powder getting in it. I put it in the leftover container to make it easier. I had my subscription on auto renewal and there was a 20% discount site wide at the time and I never got the discount, even after emailing customer service with no reply. They also changed the Rewards Program and shipping. I’ve been purchasing this for almost two years and unfortunately, I’m not sure if I’ll continue to purchase from Tru even though I love the product. It’s not just about being a great product that keeps people coming back, it’s incentive as well.

I have only been using Tru Energy Training Formula for about a week and I can definitely tell the difference! It does not make me itch like most energy drinks when that adrenaline starts flowing and does not turn my stomach! I feel great and have that extra push I need to get through one or two hours of HIIT! I love, love, love the Passion Iced Tea flavor and look forward to trying other products!

I really love this product because it’s natural and I can use it while nursing my baby. It taste great, and I love how it give me energy for the whole day. It’s definitely worth the price.
Simply put, LOVE! The energy has been a difference maker for me and my morning workouts. Must try! You will not be disappointed. If you’re not use to energy powder, I do suggest starting with the smaller dosage as it does initially provide the tingly feeling, but I love that feeling.

A Great Boost!
Working out has been a challenge during quarantine but drinking TRU Energy along with TRU Metabolism has been a great boost for my workouts. I didn’t realize how sweet other pre-workout formulas were until I was completely out of TRU Energy. It taste great and and I feel good when taking it for a workout or to just get some housework done.
Tru Energy is one of THE BEST pre-workout in the market, it gives you the Energy needed without the crash and that is why Tru Energy is my forever favorite.
I usually avoid all "pre-workout" type drinks but this is great!
For years I've been working out only with Bcaa's. I've taken "energy pre-workout" drinks before and they had me feeling way to gittery. But this stuff is different. Its just what I need before my workout with no glittery feeling AT ALL. My energy is sustained throughout my whole cardio sessions. I've also noticed it helps me sweat more. (Maybe the fat burner in it)? Right now that is what I need because my goal is to loose weight. Really seriously give this a try! I give this a 10/10! I still consume my bcaa's as well for during and after but this is perfect before working out.
I really love the raspberry flavor. One of my favorites other than green apple. There's no after taste and it keeps me energized amd pumped for my workouts. Especially leg snd cardio.
I love the product itself and have been using it for over 5 yrs. I like the new packaging however the ziplock mechanism doesn’t catch and therefore doesn’t seal. I have to place the packaging in an actual ziploc to seal my product. The same thing happens with the protein packaging. It isn’t a deal breaker for me and I never mention it when the packaging was changed for the protein packaging however now that I’ve experienced the same issue with the packaging change on the energy packaging, it’s worth noting. Otherwise the actual product is excellent and worth every penny. The packaging however needs to be tweaked a bit more.

I started taking the new greens that came out. They take the place off morning coffee and it fills me up. The protein powder i love it. I have yet to try 2 more products. But highly recommended their products
Unfortunately I developed side effects the first day I used. I developed tingling sensation all over my body; which was very scared,. I took Benadryl and it felt better. Unfortunately, I could not get a refund or a credit on the purchased.

First time trying this flavor and it is delicious. You get a good boost of energy that seems to last and tapers off nice and slow. One of my favorite things to do is to put some ice in it to get a more crisp taste. I enjoy drinking it before I start my exercise in the morning. The strawberry and blueberry are my preferred flavors . Highly recommend.
