Strawberry Sunrise Smoothie

This layered smoothie is so beautiful and sure to send you on a tropical trip as summer comes to a close.

Kiwi, banana, mango and strawberries come together to make this tropically tart and sweet smoothie. Kiwi is high in potassium, which helps to regulate blood pressure.
Kiwis are also high in fiber and Vitamin C. Plus, they look so pretty with this layered smoothie!

  • ½ Kiwi 
  • 1 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk

Inside the glass:

  • ½ kiwi cut into slices and placed against the glass after pouring the 1st layer
