Lemon Meringue Pie Smoothie

Springtime is here, the sun is coming out, the flowers are blooming and we hope you’re blooming too! This Lemon Meringue smoothie is refreshing and full of Vitamin C, which is immune boosting and will keep your skin bright. Lemon is also great at aiding in digestion. We highly recommend enjoying this smoothie outside in the sunshine and spring breeze.

Ingredients:

½ Lemon

1 tsp Turmeric

1 cup Pineapple (Frozen)

1/2 Banana

1 cup Coconut Water

1 cup Chilled Filtered Water


Directions:

  1. Pour your coconut water and chilled water into the blender.

  2. Cut a lemon in half and cut off the rind.

  3. Add your lemon, turmeric, frozen pineapple, banana and 1 scoop of TRU Vanilla Protein to the blender.

  4. Blend on high until all your ingredients are combined.

  5. Pour into a cup and enjoy with a lemon garnish!
