Recipe Corner: Pineapple Slushy

Let's bring on the refreshing drinks because summer is coming (at least in the south) and the heat is getting up there in the afternoons. You can enjoy this fruity drink knowing it will hydrate you and has no added sugars. There is no better way to enjoy a hot day but throwing up your feet after a hard workout and leaning back sipping on this slushy!
Pineapple Slushy
Recipe makes 1 serving
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup Pineapple, fresh
3 cups Ice Cubes
1 scoop TRU Hydrate Tropical Punch

1) Add all ingredients into a high speed blender with tamper and blend until completely smooth, using the tamper tool to help blend all the ice into a fine and thick smoothie.
2) You want to blend it just enough to be fine but not so long that it turns into liquid. Serve immediately.
