Recipe Corner: Mango Milk

Spring and summer is always the time of the year where I could bathe myself in all kinds of fruits! The grocery stores are packed with ripe, colorful, amazing fruits. When I grew up we had a drink that was milk based with different fruit flavors. It was so refreshing with the bright fruit flavor. I just added a little protein to give a bit more nutritional balance to this. You should definitely give it a try if you like mango or are a fan of mango lassi, this is similar in texture.
Mango Milk
Recipe makes 4 servings
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Mango, fresh
4 cups Plant Milk, unsweetened
1 scoop TRU Coconut Macaron Protein Powder

1) Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
2) Serve cold and enjoy!
