Recipe Corner: Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Most of the time when we crave a lot of sweets it is because we are hungry and haven't fueled ourselves the way our body needs to, but you can also get addicted to sugar if you eat a lot of added sugars. This is why you want to give yourself some healthy, homemade treats to keep a balance. No need to restrict yourself, but you want to be aware of what you put into your body and grab a healthy alternative before going haywire on that box full of sweets you are hiding in that hard to reach shelf. Try this chocolate banana smoothie for a quick, healthy and sweet treat. If you prefer it even sweeter, go with a dessert series protein instead of the regular chocolate cream.
